Hospital recommendations in Harrow

Currently registered at Northwick park and had good experience with them so far. Heard mixed reviews online. Not sure now.

I was in Norwick park and the antenatal care was really good. But when I went to have my baby it wasn't good at all ... I wouldn't choose that hospital again.
What I recommended to one of my friends that doesn't drive was that she could do almost till the end of the pregnancy there so it would be easier for her to get to the appointments and then change hospitals at the end of the pregnancy

I had my antenatal care there which was really good we were in with fetal medicine for most of the pregnancy which was due to issues and couldn’t fault the consultant. However, I wouldn’t have a second baby there I had a terrible experience

I had a good experience at NWP, it is luck of the draw who you get to be honest..

normal or infected?

5 weeks post c section , i went at the beginning of the week as my wound had opened completely different area to what’s leaking. was told it didn’t look infected. anyone know if this is normal coming off it, it’s only a little amount at a time

Induction?

Anyone been induced before? Was it more painful? Better than thought? Worse than thought? Worth it? Thoughts?

Worth the wait and pain. Baby girl arrived at 7:15 this am weighing 7lbs 6oz. She is so calm and chill.

Induction or c section?

As a last resort, would you rather be induced or have a planned c section?

Really not liking the thought of being induced from people’s experiences I’ve read!

I am so done with pregnancy !

Everything i do hurt . I sit down / i stand up / i walk / i lie down. I am in pain ! I am tired ! His mouvement hurt down there like electricity chock ! My back is on fire ! If i walk more then 5 minutes i feel like i am going to die ( low ferritine) the acid reflux is crazy . I mean i can’t and don’t wanna do this no more . Only 31 weeks !

Growth scan

So had my 28 week midwife appointment- all good but after measuring bump- I’m now waiting on a scan within a few days as bump is measuring small I’m not worried as I am guessing a tape measure is hardly accurate but
For anyone who has been in a similar position- what was the outcome after the scan? Was the baby on the smaller side ?
Was baby measuring normal?
