5 weeks pregnant on xonvea

I started xonvea last week due to really bad nausea as I’ve previously had Hg they wanted me to start because it got really bad it’s working perfectly but I have at the back of my head constantly if it’s going to wear off and stop working has this happened to anyone or is it a miracle drug like everyone’s saying?

Hey, I’m currently on this myself I’m 8 weeks preg and suffered from HG with my first. I went on to the tablets with my first from 11 ish weeks and gave me my life back! This time round I’ve been on the from 6 weeks and although I haven’t been sick it hasn’t stopped the nausea this time. I would go for it if it’s being offered xx

It had worked really well for me, there were a couple times I was sick for a few days and after working out but so so manageable!

yes I’m currently on 4 a day and Cyclazine and it seems to be working amazing I’m just scared it’s going to wear off as I normally get really bad with hg around 6/7 weeks xxx

Miracle drug for me - currently trying to wean off at 22 weeks (hg lasted until 20 weeks with my first and i was bedbound, skeletal and in and out of hospital for rehydration). Xonvea has meant i could work almost as normal and actually enjoy the pregnancy. Truly life changing. Hasnt worn off and only taken the 2 at bed time the majority of the time.

It was an absolute miracle drug for me. I took 7 different meds before it, none of which worked and left me bedridden. Xonvea literally gave me my life back up until the day I gave birth. The only time it worked less was when I missed a dose.

i really want another baby

i am merely a few months pp but i want another baby, but i am scared of the age gap (2 under 2) and also with everything going on in the world i just think its not the best idea at the moment but i am having crazy baby fever and miss having a newborn🥹

Period like cramps

Hi
I’m currently 33 weeks pregnant and I keep getting period like cramps I thought these were Brixton hicks but I’ve heard they only last 30 seconds ish as this can go on for a good time frame then go away and come back, they aren’t bad enough where I can’t do basic things they just feel like I’m about to get my period I’m jus wondering how normal this is? Baby is still very actively kicking xx

C section or natural?

I am a control freak and thinking c section is the least stressful route for me and baby… less complications during labour etc. whilst acknowledging recovering can be hard.
If it could be guaranteed no tearing or complications then I would opt for natural and kind of want to experience the feeling.
Then again could plan and go either way 😂 arghh!
Anyone else in this predicament?

Day out after c section

Hey,
I had an emergency c section 1 week ago I obviously don't want a day out right now but I have things booked for the Easter holidays so in 2 weeks. I was just wondering if I will be overdoing it if I have a day out then or will I be ok? I would still take it as easy as I could. When did everyone feel good enough to go out?

Midwife check

Can someone remind me when the midwife visits you at home? Is it the day after you’re discharged? And is that the same on the weekend or do they not visit then? Thanks!

20week scan!!

i had my 20week scan yesterday, everything looked okay on baby and we found out the gender!! it’s a girl 🩷🩷. but they said that my placenta is too close to my pelvis and they need to do extra scans to check on it? has anyone else been told this?
