Still not walking š„²
Havenāt met another baby the same age who isnāt walking and itās now worrying me. I know they all get there in the end but playgroups are becoming hard they all walking and running off and my baby is trying to interact but crawling.
Anyone else in the same boat?

My NCT friends sons are not walking yes, also born in June and end May. Don't worry mama. It will happen ā¤ļø
Not walking either !
Our daughter has zero interest in walking. She cruises on furniture and tries climbing on everything but walking unsupported just doesn't seem to be on her radar yet
I have noticed a lot that are not walking are saying words though, and a lot that canāt say a single word are walking. My son is the latter. We went to a playgroup today and saw a baby crawling outside, when mum caught up with me she asked how old my son was and straight away asked if my son was walking. He was only just 12 months though and I explained mine starting walking around then, that was her main concern. We also come across a 18 month old girl that was walking around but not talking. Does you LO have the ability to say words?
My little girl is only walking with us holding her up, she can't walk on her own and can only stand for a couple seconds without holding on to something. I wouldn't worry.

Have friends with a boy who walked around 16 months and another set of friends with a girl who was just taking some steps at 16 months but needed more confidence. In our NCT group, the other babies 14ish months have just started taking some steps and there are a few others who are just crawling. Itās really not something to be worried by. At playgroups the babies/toddlers will be a range of ages too so even though they may look the same age, a month or two or even a few weeks can make a difference. They really do all get there! My girl was the early mover but that was her from day 1 so I canāt speak from experience but understand worrying (Iāve worried about so much) but walking really is something that can take up to 16-18 months before any concern.
Mines just turned 14m end of August and isnāt walking independently yet. She can stand unaided for a short period, cruise along furniture / walker and if we hold her hands but on her own? No chance šdrops to the floor and crawls!
My boy isnāt even close yet but Iām not worried !
