Anybody have suggestions on how to switch up a typical cheap high protein healthy grocery list for 50/week that feeds two? I’m not the kind of person that can eat the same stuff constantly. Also need some new snack options to get protein in that’s healthy and tastes good

I would say look at bulk stores or your local butcher and get a freezer to store bulk meats. It is less expensive usually and then get to know your local area sales, the expensive grocery store by me keeps running this amazing sale on whole chickens for 98¢ a pound for grain fed free range birds, I don't buy anything else there though. I would say it helps to get in a rhythm or routine so you don't give up on this new habit you're trying to start. Sometimes changing too much at once can lead to burnout. And for like healthy recipe I love making the whole bird into a roast chicken, I will leave the recipe I follow in a link, I change out the vegetables because I don't buy leaks or whatever but like carrots or a potato works.
