Hi everyone I writing this at 3:16 am. So my LO start to wake up at this hour for 4 time this week and for sure I can’t handle it.
He always has a lot of energy and not sleep much during the day boy used to slept the whole night just waking up to eat fast. And now he has i tough is a sleep regression. Any advice?
I’m worried that this become and a usual cause the sleep deprivation is getting worse😂🫠 laughing for not crying

It'll change just as quickly. There's really nothing you can do to change it. Just wait it out even though it sucks so bad. Luckily for me when his schedule change is typically when my insomnia starts up. Most likely it's a growth spurt and he could just be sore. Maybe tylenol or ibprohine before bedtime could help curb it.
