Hi moms, how are you doing? New on this app, wish I had known about it before. Instead of late night google searches, this would have been much helpful.
Has anyone tried sleep training these beautiful April babies? I’m unable to get baby to get full night sleep without feeding 1-2 times. Baby goes back to sleep and feeds while sleeping for few mins. Co-sleeping (safely) helps a lot. But want to transition to crib soon.

I did the ferber method about a month and half ago. My son now sleeps through the night. Sometimes he gets up and just talks to himself and goes back to sleep after that. He's normally goes to bed around 8 and walks up around 7. He was colicky for the first 3 months so we were pretty used to him crying but we didn't let him go long. We could tell the difference on the cry but we never took him out of his room. Just rocked him for a bit, settled him and tried again

Will look into ferber method, thanks for sharing.
My baby gets into crying fit if left in crib where she will turn all red and look like she will stop breathing. Has happened 2-3 times where she has started choking while having crying fit.
I give into it when I see her crying getting a bit intense as if the above happens she will then wake up when stop crying and will have 1 hr wake window.

Maybe try a mobile in her crib or a light show to make the crib more fun. Start out with small times like 30 seconds to a min and gradually get longer. My son just cries now when he can't find his hands. He's got a bit of a temper when stuff doesn't go his way. Too much like his father. Haha. Good luck but remember it doesn't happen over night and everything can be switched to fit what your little one needs

good suggestion! Will try it out, thanks! 😊
