Is bowling safe to do when pregnant? I’m so bored of been sat in every weekend, I don’t like the cinema I get bored too easily and been on too many walks and can’t walk far anymore due to SPD 🤣 thinking of going for a game of bowling then for some food tonight? Or is there anything else “fun” to do whilst pregnant lol

Every pregnancy is different (I definitely know I couldn’t unless I was using the helper bar thingy). I’m also looking for fun things to do while pregnant. So far it’s going for coffee (not actual coffee because of caffeine) with friends. I’m so sick of the TV 🤣 food is always a good shout. Other people have suggested pregnancy yoga? Swimming?

I’m not into yoga and stuff 🤣 my partner doesn’t want to go swimming lol, I’m thinking if I use the lightest bowling balls I should be ok 🙈 I’m only thinking one game anyway then food because I’m bored at home but don’t like been out long either anymore 😅 x

I went bowling earlier on in my pregnancy and it was fine, not sure if I could manage it now though 😅
Maybe some crazy golf? Or an escape room?

We went bowling when I was around 18 weeks. 3 games. After the second game I felt like I was straining myself. Just take it easy and I’m sure you’ll be fine x

omg yes I live for escape rooms. Not since I’ve been pregnant as I’ve been too sick, but they’re sooo good! You can ring and check if they’re suitable for pregnancy too as some of them require crawling. They’re expensive too but so worth it! If you’re not sick then definitely food and/or alcohol free cocktails. Or go to a dessert shop. I managed to go to the arcades with my niece last week, kept having to sit down but was still nice to do

I went to an escape room last week (28 weeks) and that worked well! I go to a yoga class and have been swimming too.

I’ve been bowling recently I just used the lightest balls! I did feel a bit sore after the second game so maybe stick to one🤣

I went bowling just 1 game and used the lightest balls so was fine 😂 didn’t end up going for food ended up getting a curry to take home as an hour out was enough for me 🤣 x

Keeping yourself up and moving is really important! I’m not a midwife obviously but I am personally still running, swimming and weightlifting (26 weeks) which my midwife says is all brilliant for me, so I would imagine bowling is fine as long as you aren’t doing anything wild! Watch your step in the shoes I guess haha can be slippy.

My village is missing

This is a late night vent session obviously but l make it short. My boyfriend and I went to a basketball game in Orlando. His sister was babysitting our son. We come back tonight for her to say he slept for 6 hours and just woke up. Now what type of shit is that. I’ve been feeling lately like no one cares for me or helps out in the way I need them to. People want to see you smile but don’t try to find the cause when you’re not. I’m an only child and my mom lives far. I feel very alone even with the dad involved. I feel alone and like I’m doing it all. I can’t even imagine having another kid which I want but this life here is tough

Im a little desperate already . Im not a huge fan on blowjobs but I’m doing it because I know he likes it . If he wants it in a car, during work meeting , on the balcony, on the beach everywhere I’m okay to do that . However, I’m not getting anything in return. I mean the last time he went down was more than 1.5 years ago . So basically I do not remember when was the last time I have finished during sex . I understand that now with a baby it’s hard to fully enjoy it and have enough time for everything. But still . Just kiss me and put your dick inside me does not seems sexy . To be honest I understand why in marriage women does not want to have sex . Like I feel like it’s already work that I have to do not a pleasure. I’ve been telling him that but as I can see no changes applied 🫠
