What's your favorite prenatal?

Ritual! I loved it so much. Also took their choline with my prenatals which is great for baby’s brain development

Garden of Life is really good. All organic and it comes from real fruits.
Also Pink Stork is really good and doesn’t taste as weird as sometimes they can.

I loved the New Chapter “perfect prenatal” I got it at either Sprouts or Natural Grocers, I think they also have it at some King Soopers.

I second Ritual . . All the others were making me soo sick especially having HG ,
Ritual we’re a lot smoother taking . And taste isn’t bad

I take centrum +dha

I use Centrum + DHA, often on sale.
