How long till you feel physically 'normal'

I know everyone is different but how long did it take for you to feel relatively normal or healed after a c section? Also how long till you felt comfortable leaving you LO with a family member over night?

I’d say 3 weeks. But I was up and doing mostly all my normal activities by end of week 1 (with limitations of course) … as far as leaving my baby over night, I think I’d be okay doing so around 6-7 weeks. Mostly because the thought of a full night sleep is to good to pass up!

After about 10 days - 2weeks I felt 95% back to normal and we got into to the habit of leaving little one with my mom for a few hours every Wednesday evening (at ours) since he was a week old
Even if we just go for a mooch around Tesco it’s nice to get out for an hour just the two of us and will hopefully mean I’m more comfortable leaving him longer as he gets older

Help

I was getting pretty painful period cramps and during those, I had painful lower back cramps. I had these on and off for like a few hours so from about 10:30pm to 1am?

I’ve had no show, or anything like that.

Is this braxton hicks or early labour pains?

Labour??

I’ve had on/off mild period cramps since 9 last night, very irregular and very mild, but I just had one that woke me up. My waters haven’t gone and nor has my mucous plug… but could this be a sign that it’s close?! I’m 40+3 and desperate to meet her!

Early waters/pre term labour?

I can’t get checked until later today unfortunately. I can’t tell if I’m leaking/starting early. I definitely think I’m having braxton hicks yesterday and today.. i have some pain in my back but she is quite low down so hoping it’s just pressure, baby was a little quieter yesterday but she’s back to more normal movements today, but my underwear just seems to get so wet, especially after going to the bathroom. And I honestly can’t work out the smell, I’m pretty sure it’s just discharge/urine leaking but there’s that worry in my mind a little. Are there any other ways to know/check if it could be the start of it all?

Hi All! FTM, Entering week 40 and no signs of labor, no dilation yet. Please share tips and ways to induce natural labor. Induction is already scheduled on week 41 but don’t want to go through that process.

Fed up

Anyone else just feeling fed up in general? I just never feel happy anymore. Wake up dreading what the day ahead of us will be like.

32 weeks

32 week growth scan and clinic appointment. Did anything unusual happen? Ive heard a few people saying 32 weeks was when they had a induction date
