I have no idea if increased movements is a good or a bad thing. My baby is usually so chill I forget sometimes about her but tonight. Omg! She won't keep still. I've never felt her move this much throughout my whole pregnancy and it's not comfy one bit. I'm like calm tf down! Is it something I should be concerned about or just try to enjoy it? As atm I am not enjoying these movements. Making me feel sick. (36+2 wks)

I went in to the hospital when my baby was moving too much as it was unusal for her too. Might be worth it just to check. The advice is a bit confusing as some say get checked about any change, including increase and others say get checked if there is a reduction. So I decided to go in just in case and it was all fine in the end. Hope you feel better soon 💕

I never went to get checked out but just waited till I seen my midwife, she said it’s normal and with them growing so much in the last few weeks, there probably not moving more but there just bigger and stronger so your much more aware of it. I’m sure my baby is trying to escape sometimes…he has me up all night 😂😂

I’m almost 38 weeks and mine is moving like it’s having a rave in the evening - glad they’re saying hello but omg it makes me cringe!!!
I’ve been told ‘an active baby is a happy baby’ and that you feel movements more toward the end as they are running out of room 😅

Online advice is so conflicting because it says to get checked for reduced and increased, yet when I was contracting and spoke to triage about increased movements being a concern they said that isn’t the case?! He still has bouts of crazy movement which I’m putting down to having sweet fa room now but if you are worried then a call to triage may always put you at ease x

Thanks guys. I know about reduced but it was really just out of the blue as she's never moved like it before. It's like you ok in there... only got 1 more week to go and then you're free. She's been pretty chill again now. Just those few hours from about midnight to about 3am she's decided to kick the living shite out of me 😅
