Not worried about my boys physical development as he can walk, crawl etc and has been doing so for a month but I'm worried about some other things.
He doesn't have any words for things other than 'uh oh' 'go' when I say ready steady go and woof when he sees a dog. He does point at things of interest but doesn't point to what he wants. He claps and waves if you say 'say goodbye' he waves in response.
He babbles but a lot of the time it's 'da' to most things ! He doesn't follow simple instructions like 'go and get a book' but does understand no and will stop and look back. I'm not sure if I'm being extra anxious or if he's behind? Thoughts

In the EYFS, it doesn’t expect a child to follow a simple command until 22-36 months Xx
oh wow x

My daughter doesn't walk or say go or uh oh or woof so I think you're fine 😂

Sounds exactly like my boy. Not all kids are the same. My older one started using meaningful words earlier than younger one. I wouldn’t be too worried. He’s doing great

My boy doesn’t do words or follow instructions yet x I’m definitely not worried + they’re still very young!

Your boy is doing a few more things than our boy and we keep being told he is advanced in development (fine motor skills mostly rather than speech). Your boy sounds spot on for his age, if not ahead 😄

My son isn't even pointing and has zero words. He follows SOME instructions, and even that only occurs SOMETIMES His doctor told us it's fine at this point, because he's focusing on gross motor skills, and he's really advanced there.
