Bump measurement

Hi all, I went to see my midwife today and she measured my bump (39 weeks) and said that it’s measuring smaller now but could be because baby’s head is really engaged. She felt around and said she can hardly feel its head now because it’s so engaged. She is sending me for a scan, hopefully tomorrow, but she said not to worry it could just be because baby has moved down so much but I’m obviously abit concerned now. Has anyone else had this happen?

37 weeks, I’ve had 2 emergency scans because all of a sudden I’ve been measuring super small, baby’s head is engaged but only 4/5.

I’ve been told that I might be carrying further back so maybe babies just shifted? Xx

As someone who has had four growth scans with concerns that baby is too small, then too big, then reduced growth, then accelerated growth, I would take the scans with a big pinch of salt and try not to worry!!

I second , my scans and measurements have been all over the place!

Help

I was getting pretty painful period cramps and during those, I had painful lower back cramps. I had these on and off for like a few hours so from about 10:30pm to 1am?

I’ve had no show, or anything like that.

Is this braxton hicks or early labour pains?

Labour??

I’ve had on/off mild period cramps since 9 last night, very irregular and very mild, but I just had one that woke me up. My waters haven’t gone and nor has my mucous plug… but could this be a sign that it’s close?! I’m 40+3 and desperate to meet her!

Early waters/pre term labour?

I can’t get checked until later today unfortunately. I can’t tell if I’m leaking/starting early. I definitely think I’m having braxton hicks yesterday and today.. i have some pain in my back but she is quite low down so hoping it’s just pressure, baby was a little quieter yesterday but she’s back to more normal movements today, but my underwear just seems to get so wet, especially after going to the bathroom. And I honestly can’t work out the smell, I’m pretty sure it’s just discharge/urine leaking but there’s that worry in my mind a little. Are there any other ways to know/check if it could be the start of it all?

Fed up

Anyone else just feeling fed up in general? I just never feel happy anymore. Wake up dreading what the day ahead of us will be like.

Hi All! FTM, Entering week 40 and no signs of labor, no dilation yet. Please share tips and ways to induce natural labor. Induction is already scheduled on week 41 but don’t want to go through that process.

32 weeks

32 week growth scan and clinic appointment. Did anything unusual happen? Ive heard a few people saying 32 weeks was when they had a induction date
