Tummy Time with Reflux
How do mummy’s of babies with reflux manage tummy time? My little girl genuinely enjoys tummy time but she spends nearly the whole time being sick! It doesn’t matter if we do before feed, after feed, an hour after feed, she is always sick! It really hurts my heart for her 🥺

If she enjoys it then I wouldn’t worry to much, you can try tummy time on a changing mat, or use a bib or extra muslins, personally I use a blanket and wash it but they all can be washed as long as she is happy and I’m sure you’d known if she wasn’t 😊
@Millie thank you lovely! We do it on a wipe clean mat and I always have muslins to hand, need about 5 🙈 but you’re right, as long as she is happy! x
