Pain and soreness

Me! The pain in my vagina right now is next level. It’s like severe pressure every time I move it hurts so bad! A proper ache it’s hard to explain 😩😩

I’m so glad I’m not the only one. I’m sorry you’re feeling it because honestly I’m going to go insane. Everyone I tell just says everything is normal in pregnancy but how can this be normal!!

I feel exactly the same! It’s so so strange. I hope you find some relief soon 😩 I do definitely feel some relief when on ball but everything else is just painful 🤦🏼‍♀️

Omg ladies I’m so glad I’m not alone with this!! Literally can’t explain it! Spent 3 weeks continually checking down there to make sure I wasn’t chafing or no lumps etc I can touch and it’s not sore yet when I stand walk sit or lie omg the pain and bruised feeling!

Lightening crotch? The babys position is probably putting pressure on your nerve endings. I get it loads now. Try leaning over and swaying side to side, to encourage your baby to shift position. If you're walking about, go slower and practice your labour breathing.

yes!! I was doing my laundry earlier and felt stuck at a 90 degree angle after struggling to move it from washing machine to dryer 😭😭

Yep, it’s hard to put 1 front in front of the other at times without feeling like there’s daggers up there. Feels awful 😆
