I tried to give my 7 month old a plain omelet yesterday and she immediately gagged so hard she threw up. What other ways can I introduce eggs? I'm scared to try plain omelet again.

My Lo has never been a fan of plain egg. I make it with cheese mixed in or melted on top and she goes for it. Or mixer with sausage (like a skillet)

I gave my daughter scrambled egg x

I just did scrambled eggs so tiny pieces or I did a scrambled egg that was flat and then cut strips

My daughter will eat the yolk but not the whites. Refuses scrambled but loves mayo xx

We did a lightly fried egg with some cheese sprinkled on it while it was cooking (: and we cut it into strips for him to eat

Scrambled egg.
But you could also make a banana pancake (made with egg) as long as you know she’s not allergic to the other ingredients (gluten in the flour for example).

Only way I can get egg into my lad is on French toast and he loves it

You could make pancakes:
1 egg
1/2 banana
1 small cup of oats
Optional: cinnamon, blueberries or any other fruit.

Banana pancake!
Yummy and quick to do x

Scrambled with spinach cooked in avocado oil and butter. If my daughter won’t eat it plain I add a little homemade ketchup

Eggy bread? Or hard boiled egg mashed up and mixed with a bit of plain Greek yoghurt (basically as a mayo replacement, works really well even if it sounds weird!) spread on toast. My boy loves this too: https://mykidslickthebowl.com/easy-zucchini-slice-courgette-slice/
Also I love this website, so useful for recipes: https://www.mjandhungryman.com/easy-egg-recipes-for-babies/

@Jo Not my post but thank you for the ideas! The only food my daughter gagged on and spat out was omelette so looking for other ways to serve
