1. Join a La Leche league of your area! It’s a great resource and they have weekly/ monthly meetings to connect with moms that are breast feeding https://llli.org
2. Read The Art of Breastfeeding found on Amazon
3. https://kellymom.com is another great resource, you can search your questions
4. Breastfeeding is not the same as bottle feeding so the amount a bottle fed baby intake is not the same as a breastfed baby, so most ppl who tell you advice that haven’t breastfed their baby just nod and say thank you for your information.
5. Have patience and grace with yourself and your baby this is a new learning experience for both of you. The key is to be consistent for the first 6 weeks to establish a good latch and milk supply. Offer as much as she wants to nurse ( I did on demand but also making sure she had the minimal amount of feedings based on age). If you have any questions feel free to reach out. I’m 15 months into still breast feeding.
Best of luck!

thank you i appreciate this. If i ever have a question i will definitely message you.
