Hello! I’m due beginning of March and would like to get a manual and electric pump. Please can you send your recommendations? This will be my first baby so I’m so new to all of this - thanks in advance!

I’ve heard the Spectra S2 is good
I’m also a first time mum so looking for a good one myself. But as I was looking at the reviews the spectra costs £150 or near that much and people are saying that the cups don’t fit there breast so they have to buy separate ones which cost another £30 but first they have to order and wait for the sizing tool sounds like such a faff.. but I think other than that it looks like a really good breast pump
Thank you both so much for replying! That is expensive 😣 would you say you can use that pump throughout? I just don’t want to spend £150+ on one and then feel like I need to buy another in a few months time

I’m not sure tbh, I’m hoping so I’m really stuck on which one to buy myself, this is the only thing I’m struggling on atm

I originally got the spectra S2 with my insurance and was not a fan at all. I know it’s supposed to be reliable but I found it bulky and irritating to use. I now just use Momcozy M5 and I LOVE it. So easy to use, I can get things done or even drive while using it which is amazing, and it’s so simple to clean/sterilize. At the beginning I also found the Haakaas super helpful. Hope this helps you!
