Teething rollers

Has anybody used the viral teething rollers? I like that they’re topical and not oral. But I want to know if they actually work. I was looking at the brand called Obvira. My 4 month old is really struggling and we’ve given him Tylenol the last 2 nights, but I know we can’t use that every night. We also tried the mommy’s bliss teething gel but it didn’t seem to do much.
