Sleep regression
My daughter is having a lot of trouble getting to sleep and staying asleep.
She seems to just wanna walk around or play. Just last night she wouldn’t go to sleep till midnight
Anyone else’s little ones doing the same? Or any tips to help

@Tara she naps once a day for maybe an hour if I’m lucky, normally awake by 8am
Sounds like she needs two naps for sure. My daughter has started fighting her naps but definitely still needs them, and nights are great. 6-530/6.
How old is your daughter
My boys recently started waking up once or twice in the night when he has slept right through for ages, he also is waking up at 6am instead of his usual 7:30/8am 😴

What do her day naps look like? I found that if my son naps from 12-2pm (wakes up 7am, 7pm bedtime), he has a broken sleep and sometimes leads to 2am playtime without going back to sleep til 5am. I’ve noticed, on the days he has 2 naps, his overnight sleeps are from 9pm to 6am and go all the way through. So you best believe I am still telling his daycare to try and get him to nap twice a day if that means better overnight sleep (for me and bub 😆)
