The level of HCG itself isn’t usually too concerning. The issue is if it is not rising appropriately after 48 hours. It usually doubles every 48 hours (sometimes it doesn’t quite double and that can also be okay)

Progesterone being on the higher end is good because usually if it is low can lead to miscarriages research has been saying. And if low they can give you suppositories of it. But hcg should keep doubling when they double check
