Bleeding again

Following as I'm also 4 weeks pp and had the same thing happen the bleeding went to that dark red/brown colour you get at the end of a period and the blleding was very light then suddenly it was heavy and bright red again

This happened to me, I asked my midwife and she said it's likely that because I'm more active again and moving around more that I've bled a little more, but to just keep an eye on it in case I kept getting big amounts of blood. Also keep an eye out for clots, as I don't think you should be getting those.

The bleeding has since gotten less and less since again to the point it's almost stopped (I'm just over 4 weeks pp)

Bleeding usually lasts 6 weeks and can start and stop multiple times

It crossed my mind it might be me being active but I was out walking yesterday round a shopping centre and nothing, today Iv done less than that and that’s when Iv started bleeding. No clots just blood

Same things for me. Midwife said it can start up again until 6 weeks pp apparently

Same here, it’s stopped again today for me after starting back up yesterday
I’m hoping it’s finished completely by the end of this week 🙏🏻

So after that one bloody pad Iv had no more blood and back to the yellowish stuff. Think it was just more lochia
