I still have lower back pain constantly throughout the day and it worsens by night with movement.
I am doing core exercises my PT has given me. Is it a cause of concern to have lower back pain even at 5 months postpartum ?
Should I ask my doctor to do MRI ?
Please help if anyone else on similar boat.

Omgggg I am in a similar situation to you. My back hurts more at night when im about to sleep and muchhh worse when I get up in the middle of the night . I let my GP practice know and they told me I can book a physiotherapist appointment. I think because we’ve had c sections it’s quite normal for us to get really bad backache . I also have been using a hot water bottle as a temp monitor.

I still have lower back pain 16 month pp but only of a night time in bed. My pt said I need to restrengthen my core

I’m 3 months pp and lower back pain got so much worse recently. Should I wear a belt? Really don’t know what to do.

I had a bad back before I got pregnant and then it got worse during pregnancy and afterwards cause they messed up my epidural I have to sit up straight I can’t slouch otherwise I can’t get up and I struggle sometimes to roll over at night and get up and my son is nearly 4

Omg I remember 11 years ago my lower back was hurting like that for a year but a waist trainer or a back brace may help you I am pregnant again with my last child so I’m trying to remember everything that did bother me so I can be prepared to attack it before it attacks me thank you this was one thing I forgot
