Sure I've seen someone post this before but not sure what the answer was. My LO keeps waking at 5.45am and won't go back to sleep. I'd love to push this back a little later! We've tried different bedtimes (between 7 and 8.30), we've tried extending wake windows as much as possible, we're on 2 naps a day...does anyone have any tips?!

5.45am sounds great!! Μine wake up between 4-5.30. Bed time is at 7pm. We may have to accept they are early risers. Sorry no help! ;(

Clocks go forward on Sunday so I wouldn't change anything for now, that always seems to mess timings up a bit x

My baby wakes around that time normally, even earlier most days! I do t think there's anything you can do about it tbh, its just what they do. As long as my baby sleeps all night I don't mind the early morning so much

No advice… but same boat. Also doesn’t take a full lunch nap. Nor long stints at night unless he’s in bed with me 🙃

If you’ve tried pushing bedtime later I don’t think there’s anything you can do. My baby has also started waking up 1-2 hours earlier and adjusting his bedtime doesn’t really help so I’m resigned 😂

I have a 9 month old and a 2.5 year old and both of them wake between 4:30am and 5:30am.. we have accepted that this is our get up time now 🤣 x
Thanks everyone! I'd be totally fine with it but he's doing a wake up around 1am ish at the moment too so it's tiring!!

I forgot about this! Willing to give anything a go! 😂♥️
@Trudy ooh this is interesting! I will try it!!
