I'm 32 weeks and my belly look so small , and this is literally panicking me. I had my scan at 28+5 (wt 1027g), and at 31 week (wt 1220) and I'm just trying so hard to add protein as much as I can ( not sure if it helps or not ) but I am just thinking that I'm doing everything for nothing .
I have Doppler scan tomorrow and I'm so scared that one day they will randomly say that we need to induce you or something like that.
Apart from that , baby movement is fine but still I'm scared .

Try not to worry too much, my bubba has been super small since 20week scan and I've had scans every 2 weeks since to monitor, protein unfortunately doesn't help if you're baby has iugr but not sure if your baby has that or is just small, I have a c section planned for 37 weeks as they won't let me go past that due to her size, I declined induction, they typically wont just induce you, they'd want to give you steroids for babies lungs etc first, can message me if you want, I know how scary it is. Im 35wks tomorrow and my belly still isn't very big, I haven't even had to take out my belly piercings xx
it's so scary, baby head is 7th percentile , could not measure AC due to her position. And EFW is 4th percentile. I'm not sure that if it's fgr or sga .

Hey !! I delivered an SGA baby in December. I was induced with forceps and it was a successful induction and baby is fine. Not many ppl talk about successful induction. Don’t stress too much. It’s good they identify sooner… you are in good hands. Just ask them all the questions you have and weigh your options.
Lmk if you have any specific questions that I can help with based on my experience

Try not to worry, even SGA babies can be so strong! My little was born at 35+1 at only 1606g, and we were only in the NICU to learn to eat and gain weight, no breathing help whatsoever, and I never got steroids to help his lungs but man he came out screaming
It can be so scary, but it can all be so good. Feel free to ask me any questions!

As others have said, try not to worry too much. Both of my babies were born with IUGR, one being 1800 g and the other 1975 g both born at 37 weeks.
As long as dopplers are fine (mine always were), still be prepared to be induced at 37 weeks. It's my understanding they try to do this for anyone under the 10th percentile. If they don't have to, that's even better, but I liked knowing it was a possibility in the back of my head throughout the process. I had a successful induction with my first and an almost successful induction with my second (when I was about to push they realized she had turned breach so needed a c section).
Be sure to ask questions if you need answers, but you got this!
It's so hard , isn't , I mean you don't know the reason. And can't help or do anything to make things better . With my first kid , never had any problem with his weight but had other things like my kidney issue and multiple infections , and was induced at 38 week and he was nearly 6 pounds . So I thought this time I'll be more prepared and will not get induced but go for surgery if I experience any kidney issue . But who knew that something else was waiting for me
