What is an anatomy scan? I’m getting one tmr and don’t really know what it is or does ofc I’m a first time mom so some things I don’t really know

Don’t be embarrassed it’s just want she said. It’s okay not to know it’s your first pregnancy. You’ll learn as you go and some stuff you won’t even remember the names just what they are in the end

hey! no need to be embarrassed, it's totally normal to have questions – an anatomy scan is basically a detailed ultrasound to check on your baby’s growth and development, and they’ll look at all the important stuff like the heart and brain, so it’s pretty cool!
