My little boy woke up at 5am this morning (he usually wakes up between 6 / 7) and fell asleep in the car at 12 for 10 minutes (he woke up when we got home and wouldn’t go back to sleep).
He usually has a good 2 hour nap and goes to bed at 7.30 / 8.30 so I’m not sure what to do tonight especially with the clocks changing 😫😫😫 help pls !!!!!

Don’t worry! It’s the right way round - he will be extra sleepy which is a good thing as you can put him to bed early because he will lose an hour of sleep tonight if you wake him up at the same time tomorrow. So get him down early, and then I’d wake him up at 7 tomorrow (which will be 6 by his body clock but he’ll have gone to sleep early so he’ll be well rested) and then you’ll be on the right schedule to just follow the clock tomorrow and do nap at the normal time :) x
