Hey mamas, I’m curious what time does your little one go to bed at night?

Between 7 and 730, on a rare occasion 8

7:30 to 8 usually. Sometimes 8:30 if he fought his last nap real hard

Between 7:30pm and 8pm. Depends what time he takes his last nap (aim for last nap at 4pm and sometimes he’ll wake up at 5:00pm or other times he’ll sleep till 5:30pm or 6:00pm so then he won’t sleep till 8pm)

7:30ish, we start bedtime routine around 7 pm

8:30-9:30. Started this at 2 weeks old, since the end of the second week she now sleeps until 10 am with me!

Why is the last nap of the day so hard 😩 I am fighting for my life every day between 4/5

7:30

We start bedtime at 8:30 they are typically asleep by 9 and sleep until 8-8:30 every day

Mine goes to sleep at 10. That’s what works for my family and for her too. It works perfectly for us. Every baby and every family is different. I didn’t sleep train her but if you do choose to sleep train, you choose the bedtime according to what works for your family. Also her pediatrician told us the same thing. She said to put her to bed at whatever time works for the family. So 10pm is what works for all of us. The baby naps throughout the day and sleeps through the entire night after going to bed at 10pm

Mine goes to sleep for the night around 11😭 anything before that he doesnt stay asleep for too long & he still wakes up at least two times through the night but goes back to sleep. How can i change this

Between 8 and 9 pm for us which works best for our morning schedule!

Around 10

My little guy goes to sleep around 9. My 2 year old, however, has been killing me with staying up until 1 AM 😭

I’ve been putting my daughter to bed in between 8-9. I was wondering if that was too late

Works best for us anywhere between 9:00 and 10:00pm everything I’ve read is having a consistent wake up morning feeding +/-30 min so your baby is able to get enough daytime calories through the day to sleep consistently through the night

Until about 3 months, 8pm was bedtime and we would start routine around 730. Slowly he has started being ready earlier and earlier. Now he’s ready at like 6:45 and I can’t keep him up longer because he is sooo tired. He’ll sleep through the night putting him down at this time. I want to push his bedtime later so he will sleep in a little later but I don’t know how!

If I could have it my way, 10pm lol. But my little guy wants to go to bed at 7pm,

my baby is 17 weeks and has been sleeping through the night since 8 following this method- not one wake up.. this truly works- consistiant wake to feed/ follow wake windows and make sure they get calories in during the day.. easier on formula

same. I’m getting nervous because we have a lot coming up that will require us to be out and her to have to deal with not being home for bedtime… not sure how that’s going to go
