Early pregnancy cramps

What would you say your cramps were like beginning of pregnancy. I’m cramping and I’m beyond scared with my loss in January.

I know it’s not your question, but i wouldn’t be worried until bleeding follows the cramps. Once you see blood go ahead and go in to get checked out. Some bleeding is normal but better to get checked out especially with the history of miscarriage. I miscarried my first pregnancy because no ine would listen to me. My second pregnancy i carried my daughter to 34 weeks and had some bleeding throughout the pregnancy. She is healthy and thriving. I’m on my third pregnancy and i am 31 almost 32 weeks with no bleeding this entire pregnancy but have had intense cramps. Said that to say every pregnancy is so different. If you’re worried advocate for yourself and get an appointment for viability at 8 weeks. Idk how early you are but either way don’t feel bad for being anxious or scared. You are not overreacting your feelings are valid💜

first pregnancy ended in still birth at 19 weeks, then I had my daughter she’s about to be 2, my last pregnancy I lost at 4w 4d, and right now I’m 3w 3d. My last pregnancy I got a double ear infection and beyond sick. I’m feeling a lot better this round. Just behind scared. My ultrasound is the 23rd of April.

I definitely understand the fear after having so much trauma. You’re still so early so i would say cramping is normal as long as you’re not bleeding

I had decent cramping. Not terrible. They also weren’t quite like period cramps, almost more pulling and stretching. Like Codi said, cramping can be normal. But if you see any bleeding definitely reach out to a doctor. I know it’s so hard not to stress or worry about it when you have so much past trauma. I have also had some loss so it has been hard not to worry for me as well!

Period like cramps

Hi
I’m currently 33 weeks pregnant and I keep getting period like cramps I thought these were Brixton hicks but I’ve heard they only last 30 seconds ish as this can go on for a good time frame then go away and come back, they aren’t bad enough where I can’t do basic things they just feel like I’m about to get my period I’m jus wondering how normal this is? Baby is still very actively kicking xx

C section or natural?

I am a control freak and thinking c section is the least stressful route for me and baby… less complications during labour etc. whilst acknowledging recovering can be hard.
If it could be guaranteed no tearing or complications then I would opt for natural and kind of want to experience the feeling.
Then again could plan and go either way 😂 arghh!
Anyone else in this predicament?

Midwife check

Can someone remind me when the midwife visits you at home? Is it the day after you’re discharged? And is that the same on the weekend or do they not visit then? Thanks!
