Britax or avionaut infant seat

What are the pros/cons of britax baby safe pro vs avionaut pixel pro?
Is it mainly that britax only goes to 83cm so might not have as long a life for larger percentiles? Both seem relatively compact?

The pixel pro is superior✨

The pixel pro has 1 extra cm.

Britax-13kg or 85cm
Avionaut-13kg or 36cm

Britax can be better for cars with sloped seats as the base angle can be adjusted. Pixel Pro can be too upright sometimes.
Pixel pro is lighter and longer lasting.
Both have spin bases but can be seatbelt installed ☺️ both fab choices.

on what basis do you think it is superior? I’m not sure 1cm will make that much difference in practice as they usually get sick of being in an infant seat long before they reach the height limit. The weight might be an advantage but other than this, I’m not sure what the advantages are…

I’ve heard Britax quality is lower than Avionaut so that would sway me to them over britax. I know their customer service sucks too.

The ergonomics of the seat, inserts, positioning and they’ve worked with medical professionals to make sure it’s the safest for even small babies xx

When do things get easier?

As we entered the 9-12 month stage, my son started crawling and pulling himself up. He also became more clingy and does not play alone, still doesnt sleep through the night, and this week has been sick (so EVERYTHING amplified). I am tired and overwhelmed. Please lie and tell me things get better. 🥺

Colostrum storing?

Has anyone successfully extracted colostrum before the baby’s born? Apparently it gets produced from 16w pregnant and you can start storing it in the freezer but I’m 34w looking at my nipples and the syringes on amazon wondering how it works?? Like what did you use and did it hurt? 🥲

4 month bed time

What time do you put your babies to bed?
What time do you start your 'routine?'
My LO currently goes to bed around 10.30pm, and I know i need to start bringing it forward. Everytime ive tried, it takes longer for my LO to settle.
We are exclusively breastfeeding. Any advice Mamas?

Combi feeding advice

Has anyone gone from EBF to combi feeding? Currently do one bottle of EBM per night and they one half formula half breast milk mixed in the day. The other times she still feeds on me. Ideally I want to feed all day via bottle and all night with breast. She’s 7 weeks and takes a bottle well, how long should I leave it before adding another bottle to her daily routine?

Baby losing weight

Hi all, it's been a long time since I had a baby (my son is 15!). My daughter is 10 days old and was 9lb born, she has since lost weight at every appointment and is at a 12% loss. I am breast feeding every two hours for over an hour and topping her up every feed. I pump and can get 60ml in 10 minutes so I know my supply is okay. Anyone had this before? Can give me some tips? I currently feel like I'm letting my baby down.
