Definitely ask your OB for ideas, but you could try drinking a glass of milk! my OB gave me a prescription for omeprazole or told me I could try pepcid.

Whole milk and yogurt help me sometimes but I had to take a dose of prilosec to fully help when nothing else was working. If I feel it coming on in the middle of the night, I get up and chug some milk then go back to bed 😂

A shot of Apple cider vinegar water was the only thing that would work to get rid of my heartburn towards the end

1/4-1/2 teaspoon of baking soda in a small shot glass. Tastes horrible but helps. Also I would get horrible heartburn after eating foods I have sensitivities to. Like the worst is wheat and sugar together jfc. When I make anything with pasta sauce I add a teaspoon of baking soda to it to help reduce the acidity.

Try sleeping propped up in a pillow nest. You're messing the end. You've got this mama.
