Have you tried settling him without the dummy leaving him to sleep in your arms for 20/30 minutes then putting him in without the dummy?

It’s worked with my little girl but I was persistent with it so it was a long process but worth it in the end

My baby does the exact same thing, when I feed her a little more and help her burp she falls asleep on my shoulder. Once I put her down she is in her deep sleep and doesn’t even want her dummy

Agree with the above, lay him in your arms and wait for deep sleep then hopefully he won’t want the dummy 🥰 my girl used to do this now she doesn’t have the dummy at night anymore, only when she’s a little unsettled but I take it out when she’s in that deep sleep xx

How did you solve this, I’m going through the same thing with a 2 month old, she keeps loosing her dummy at night and screaming (in her sleep) and I am losing it a little getting up every 30 min
