my LO was SUCH a good sleeper (minus normal sleep regressions and teething) up until now. his new wake up is 4am and last night he had us both up from 1am till 6am 😠i’m struggling to see if there’s anything i can do to help him! we both need more sleep at night! he has 2 really good naps during the day and goes down without a fuss. he never sleeps longer than 2 hours for a nap and doesnt nap after 4pm. he goes down to bed around 6/6:30 as any later and hes a right grump 🤣 please let me know if anyone else is struggling rn and any tips!!

My guess would be try a 30 minute later bedtime and shorten daytime naps slightly in the day. My little boy started waking a lot at night having previously slept through. We just trimmed his daytime naps slightly and this seemed to do the trick. I also find he needs a 4h wake window before bed now, rather than the 3hs in the day.

we hadn’t slept till our daughter was 7 months you name it we tried it. we eventually tried pampers sleep app £30 a month but it is worth it she’s sleeping from 7-7/8am now xx

The wake window before bed is meant to be the longest ... I know you've said he's a grump but could you try distracting him with something just to extend it before bed?
