How long are your toddlers napping for? Bed time has become tricky lately so feel like I need to start capping/dropping but seems very early to be

Dropped naps in December (she decided, not me), but on very busy days or when she's poorly she will still have a small nap. She usually self wakes after 30 minutes x

We are having the same - usually bedtime is 7pm and she’s asleep by 7.30 but she’s been messing around in her cot until 8.30 this week 😵💫😵💫 capping nap from 2 hours to 1.5 for a week and will see if that helps x

We are having the same issue, my little boy normally naps around 1pm and I'm having to wake him up no later than 2.30pm, any later and we really struggle to get him in bed before 8.30
But do think I need to cut it down more now as it's getting a real struggle x

I’ve capped at an hour for the last few days and it’s helped although he’s miserable for about an hour after his nap 🙃
it’s awful waking them up isn’t it 🤣🤣

I haven't capped the nap I have just bought it forward to 12 which means he tends to wake by 1.30-2 which doesn't impact on bedtime. My three and a half year old also still needs a good hour nap a day thankfully.

We have an hour limit to our naps but will wake early to make sure nap does not go past 3pm.

1-230 bed at 730/8 up at 630

We have an hour limit and she can’t sleep past 2 or bedtime takes forever.
Feel mean waking her up “mummy I’m so tired” but so is mummy by bedtime 😂

My LB is still napping & wont be dropping anytime soon. He has everywhere from 45mins to 2 hours depending on when he wakes up in the morning & then bedtime ranges from 7/8pm. Id try capping & see if that helps :)
