My baby was 6 weeks early, and he doesn't breastfeed long either. Maybe 5 minutes on one side per feeding. Sometimes, he will longer, but rarely.
What makes you think your supply is tanking?

My baby boy will nurse on one side each feed anywhere from 5-10 minutes with the rare occasion of a random 15 min nursing session but he spends some of it comfort nursing. Most babies at 2 months are able to empty a breast within 5-10minutes. They become more efficient with practice.
Breastfeeding is supply and demand. If you are worried that your supply is dropping bring your daughter to the breast more frequently even if she doesn’t want to latch or isn’t hungry as long as her saliva is on your nipple i’d pump after. You don’t want to create an over supply though (that comes with its own challenges).
why do you feel like your supply is dropping?

Because after she was born I was pumping soo much milk and now i can get one - two ounces out of one boob and barely an ounce out of my other boob
