i think it’s just a thing little boys say because they don’t know what it actually means when my son says this it means he needs to go potty that’s just him recognizing his body telling him he needs to go

It could be his foreskin being too tight. My nephew had it when he was 2/3. He would complain of the same and it caused him problems. They just cut a little of it off to loosen it. You can’t tell it’s not a full removal. My partner also had this as a young child too. He has the same thing done. It’s harmless but uncomfortable. They notice it more when it’s stimulated or having a wee etc

It’s like a partial one. So they don’t remove the full forskin but they remove the part making it tight and uncomfortable unless you want the full job.

my 3 year old said it and I took him to the pediatrician and he said it was normal and my son was in the midst of potty training maybe that’s why
