Hey guys, I just hit the 35 week mark and I swear for the past week or so I’ve just been feeling straight exhausted! And when I say exhausted I mean, sleeping in until 10:30/11:30 wake up for only a couple hours to eat and move around then I go back for another nap and sleep half the day away, waking up late evening or night time just to fall back asleep 3 hours later and repeat. The only way I stay awake is if I know I have stuff to do that I cannot miss but even then I am EXHAUSTED while doing it.
I know they say towards the end you’ll start to feel like how you were in your first trimester but are there any tricks to beating this all day tiredness?

ugh, I totally get that! I felt like a zombie at that point too, but honestly, just listening to your body and resting as much as you can is key, and maybe try some light snacks to keep your energy up a bit? this is what the 'Heal App' mentioned… hope it helps!
"It sounds like you're experiencing a common challenge during late pregnancy, where fatigue can really ramp up as your body prepares for labor. To help combat this exhaustion, try to establish a consistent sleep schedule, even if it means shorter naps during the day. Incorporating light physical activity, like walking or stretching, can also boost your energy levels and improve your mood.
Additionally, staying hydrated and eating small, nutritious meals throughout the day can help maintain your energy. If you find that your fatigue is overwhelming or accompanied by other concerning symptoms, it might be worth discussing with your healthcare provider.
