I feel your pain I can barely turn over in bed without nearly crying waking up however many times a night. I suffered with my son but no im pregnant with twins and 10x worst :(
Ahhhh what is pelvic girdle pain like? I am wondering whether I have it!! The sides of my thighs are hurting/aching?? One side in particular? Hope you’re okay 😢😢❤️
Without exaggerating i sometimes feel like Ive broken my pelvis it’s that painful but I also suffer with restless legs and sometimes my hips feel weak x
Meeee! I got a belly band. It’s helps
@Alex thank you for commenting with tips. I actually was recommended bbhugme by loads of women previously & I found two local to me on FB marketplace and neither sellers replied to my partner 😕 I was gutted. Now trying to figure out which firmness mattress topper I'd benefit from. Do you think it's best to go soft if your mattress is firm? 🙈 I've got no idea.
@Emma ah I'm so sorry. I felt like crying from it last night, as got not a wink of sleep and just rolling from one side to the other made me wanna bawl. Congratulations on your twins 🎉 my sister had twins and I know complaining to her about anything pregnancy is probably pointless 😂 bless you.
@Charlotte I get pulling either side of where baby sits, sometimes pain in groin. it feels like my entire pelvis & lower back just aches so much. As I say, like I've been punched. Upper thigh on the outside just from laying / pressure. It's just all really tender. Hurting when I sit for too long in one position also.
@sarah I was going to try this but it told me on my belly band instructions it wasn't safe if sitting / lying down to wear it, only really when you're up and active. Is that only when you're wearing it? X
Omg - i slept a little bit on my back and it felt so good. That was like 15mins tops. Then back to painful side sleeping lol. Yeah i struggle a lot lately, wake up a lot too. Probably will start having regular midday naps as i feel like am not getting enough sleep. Maybe you can do naps too to cover.
@Cheeds I'm trying so hard but every time I wake up which is periodically im on my back 🥹😂 because I suppose it's where I'm most comfortable. Having to day nap to try to make up but not any less painful. Hope it gets better for you 🤞🏻🤞🏻
@Charlie i filled the bed with pillows so it doesn’t allow me to rolle on my back. On the other hand my Mr isn’t happy with all the space we’ve taken 🤭 But i guess eventually you find your own way of comfort and positions. Hopefully we find that soon. All the best. X ☺️
I’m the same! It’s really starting to impact me at night. I applied for physio last night to try and see if I can get some exercises to help! I had it with my first and found it such a struggle!
If im really struggling I will sleep on my back for an hour or two with pillows propping me up like im reading so more sitting lazy than laying. So my hips can square and relax. I read last night it can even be benificial to sleep for Momma to sleep this way a bit for this reason.
I struggled massively with hip pain through the night and I got bbhugme pregancy pillow, they are very expensive but I managed to get a secondhand one for a good price and it’s honestly been the best purchase of my my pregnancy so far! A mattress topper also sounds like a good idea! I hope you find something that helps!
