Lucky is the only thing that comes to mind! I think it's cute

Lu

Or just call him Luca🤦🏻♀️🤷🏻♀️

im calling my little boy luca too!!

don't do that, it's a mother's choice, full name or nickname, don't be rude
he would be called Luca. But we like using nicknames. Thanks for being so helpful !
thank you! X
such a handsome name!

Lou
Luke
Lukey
Loulou

then you just find a name. Nicknames are usually have a name you end up calling your baby. I rarely call my daughter her name I call her a nickname but like Luca it’s not a name that can really be shortened and she’s looking for a nickname. Call your kid what you please. I call my daughter Moo and it’s nowhere near the same as her name.
a few people in the comments have managed to shorten it and suggest things that were useful. Thanks for your opinion 👍🏻👍🏻

Loulou or LaLa
We kept trying to find a nickname for my youngest (Lyra) while pregnant, it’s developed over time, and she mostly gets called Squishy now 😂

Did you call your bump anything. My eldest is called Ewan but we have always called him bugsey

Not quite sure why people feel the need to comment when their comments aren't helpful or polite. Just pure rude! Maybe just call your child by her name instead of 'moo' .. basically contradicting yourself.
I think Luca is a lovely name can only really think of Lu for a nickname though.
Mother's choice nobody elses not sure why people have to be judgmental.

I don’t get how the hell it’s contradicting myself. I just said or call him Luca. I didn’t say you shouldn’t be giving your child a nickname and then saying but I do. Now that would be contradicting myself🤦🏻♀️

simply put it was an uncalled for comment and that's it, end of. Done.

Our little boy is called Luca and we call him Lukey as one of his nicknames

considering your health visitor told you making mum friends was a good idea, i don't think that is the right way to do it - try again

Lucci :) you pronounce it like luki:) , i saw it in a movie that is on Netflix Los dos emisferios de Lucca

The emojis after your comment made it very rude ... "or just call him luca 🤦♀️" ...
I'm assuming your child has a name but you decide to call her moo! Why not just call your child by her name? You've told the poster to, but you call your child moo. Kind of goes against your comment really.

My brother in law name is Luca and his son’s name is Luca as well, so his family is calling his son by the nickname Luquinhas. They are Portuguese and it makes sense the pronunciation. Smth like Lukiniash
