Hi, my toddler is 2.5 months and he doesn't listen to me he crys everytime he wants something and carrys on since I gave birth to a another baby he has been getting jealous and hates sharing toys and food with his sibling as well as others . Does this improve or get worse? It's really getting annoying with all the crying and the carrying on. I m not sure if I m doing anything wrong, help, please ?

I can’t help but my 2.7 does this too but he doesn’t have a younger brother he has 3 older brothers, I’m pretty sure it’s an age thing but would love some insight into this too!

My son is the exact same! We also have a 1 year old at home.
My son never likes to share his toys or anything at all, he has his good days and then couple bad day and I keep being told it’s just a stage and will grow out of it.

I have taken him to play centres, and parents get annoyed because he takes blocks away from their children, so I have had to leave the play centre I hope it's just a stage because honestly it's hard work

Children don't actually learn to share until they're 4ish, so that will definitely improve if you keep telling him. Tantrums should also decrease as he gets older

When do things get easier?

As we entered the 9-12 month stage, my son started crawling and pulling himself up. He also became more clingy and does not play alone, still doesnt sleep through the night, and this week has been sick (so EVERYTHING amplified). I am tired and overwhelmed. Please lie and tell me things get better. 🥺

Colostrum storing?

Has anyone successfully extracted colostrum before the baby’s born? Apparently it gets produced from 16w pregnant and you can start storing it in the freezer but I’m 34w looking at my nipples and the syringes on amazon wondering how it works?? Like what did you use and did it hurt? 🥲

4 month bed time

What time do you put your babies to bed?
What time do you start your 'routine?'
My LO currently goes to bed around 10.30pm, and I know i need to start bringing it forward. Everytime ive tried, it takes longer for my LO to settle.
We are exclusively breastfeeding. Any advice Mamas?

Combi feeding advice

Has anyone gone from EBF to combi feeding? Currently do one bottle of EBM per night and they one half formula half breast milk mixed in the day. The other times she still feeds on me. Ideally I want to feed all day via bottle and all night with breast. She’s 7 weeks and takes a bottle well, how long should I leave it before adding another bottle to her daily routine?

Self settling

Any tips or advice of how to teach 6.5month old to self settle? I’m up multiple times in the night to cuddle her back to sleep and put the dummy in. I understand she will wake up and want a cuddle etc but any tips on self settling would be appreciated 🥰
