@Becca thank you, I’ve got it back into the upright position now. I think the recline clip at the back is just a bit stiff with it being brand new.
Ours was the exact same, took a while to get the hang of it/for it to loosen up. I thought I’d broken it 🤣
@Jessica same! I had stomach drop moment when I thought I had broken it 🫣 hopefully it’ll loosen up after a bit of use x

Yes we have it and it sometimes gets a bit stuck under the tension of the position.. If you pull on the silver clip at the back at the same time with your other hand at the feet end of the seat it will spring back into the upright position… hope that makes sense x
