Sausages tend to be quite high in salt, but saying that I still gave them. Tended to use cocktail sausages, or the reduced fat sausages.

Haven’t given any hot dogs or anything that texture to our 2 year old yet. They are a choking hazard

Thrive market has so many healthy options

I agree with thrive. Although baby food has them.. but it’s best and easier to go with thrive so you feel more at ease

Aldi do 90% pork sausages, the best amount of actual pork I’ve actually ever seen in a supermarket!

Turkey hot dogs are healthier option out of regular hot dogs. Look for organic, uncured varieties for the most health benefits They taste better Oscar Mayer and Ball Park are well-known brands that offer turkey hot dogs Some brands also offer smoked white meat turkey hot dogs.  Foster Farms and Jennie-O also offer turkey hot dogs.  Leaner meat
