@Mariam 😮💨oh girl thank you so so much im definitely gonna try itttttttttttt!!!!! I appreciate your suggestion
@Anita it was something my doctor recommended to me because i couldn’t stand up for more than 2 minutes without being in pain. I couldn’t even walk. Now that i take it. My feet don’t hurt anymore like they used too. It’s helped a lot more than i thought even possible.
@Mariam oh my goodness im so happy they suggested that to you I would hate if that was the case for me , I should be thankful. But if that’s the case for you and you don’t feel any pains anymore thats amazing im definitely going to buy some 🙏🏽🙏🏽 I needed this information
@Anita like i said. If i forget to take it. I feel the pain in my feet and i can’t stand up anymore. Once i take it and i sit down for a minute and let it work. The pain slowly fades and im able to get back up and move again. It’s made a difference for me.
@Mariam you’re such a life saver!! I was so scared no one would have an answer
@Anita sometimes it comes from other things we take or our bodies changing. Especially with pregnancy. I would try it and see what happens.
Hot bath, then go lay down on your side with your feet propped on a pillow so they are above your heart, then a deep foot massage and cold compress after
Honestly. Vitamin B6. I take one everyday. And if i don’t. I feel the pain in my feet. It’s a shock kinda pain and feels like my nerves are raw and i can barely stand on them. It’s made a world of difference for me. It’s worth a try.
