Insomnia

Anybody else wake up between 4-7am and can’t go back to sleep unless you eat something? Or just me ?

I’ve been doing better with my insomnia making sure I stay busy in the day ( I had to give up my naps), working out some, meditating, keeping a calm clear mind in the evening having to talk or journal, and having relaxing music and defuser.

Yes! My midwife recommended cheese, so I have a mini fridge with little cheddar snacks, some chia packets, the Macro bar minis, coconut water, and Built Puff bars in case I need something bigger. I can go right back to bed as long as I eat as soon as it wakes me up instead of trying to ignore the hunger.

Melatonin has changed my life being pregnant I couldn’t ever sleep but ever since taking that it’s helped so much

@AmyB yeah that’s my problem right there I always try to ignore the hunger 🤦🏾‍♀️
