I am currently pumping almost exclusively at this point. I have two twin boys that are now about five weeks old. I have tried to breast-feed them from the very beginning and while they do latch and it seems like they’re sucking and swallowing they are consistently hungry, even after feeding for a long time. I feel like if I don’t pump and feed through the bottle they’re not gonna get anything. When I pump I have plenty of supply so I know it’s not a supply issue. It has to be an eating issue right? When eating from the bottle they are full and they eat well and seem happy. Does anyone have any advice on how to get them to eat from the breast as good as they do from the bottle?

Have they been checked for tongue ties? My little boy struggled with nursing due to a tongue tie but managed fine with a bottle.
I asked the doctor (their pediatrician) and he said they seem like they have good tongue control or something like that but they do have a tie

The tie will impact how well they latch on
