That's incredible for the first time! For a lot of women they don't get anything initially so being able to get something is incredible.

Ive just collected 10ml probably could have collected more but only ment to do for upto 5 minutes each breast. Im super chuffed 😁

Ladies im 34 weeks can i collect colostrum? And how do you collect it? With a breast pump?

Your not ment to start collecting until your 36 37 weeks. Not to use a pump as very little comes out and you hand express

how do you collect it, and how do you save it? Is the goal just to have extra if your baby needs?

You hand express it. Look at some videos online which show you how to do it. Store it in 1ml syringes i put numbers on them so i knew which order to use them in and put them in the freezer until u need them. My milk didnt come in for day or 2 on last baby so harvesting deffinatly helps
