we started at 6 months. at first we did like 1/4 juice 3/4 water, but now we mostly just do 1/2 and 1/2 (8 months old). if shes constipated we do full juice to help her

I started giving him fresh pressed apple juice mixed with his baby water close to 6 months! Started with half of each
Okay thank you! Just wanted to make sure! I’ve been doing like a ounce or 2 of water and then a ounce of apple juice lol just to give him the taste of it

kids don’t need juice at this age

My son doesn’t drink juice. Only milk and water

I won’t start until she’s at least one

I don’t believe juice is recommended; my sister is a pediatric dentist and she says juice is very acidic to their teeth essentially breaks it down, lots of kids with dental issues & pain were given juice as babies; it is too much sugar and is not nutritious to add to their diet yet

Our doctors have said none before 1. I only give prune juice here and there if she’s not pooped in a while. The nutritional content isn’t great for babies. With my 2 year old I used to dilute a bunch but now he typically gets a small cup, maybe 3-4 ounces of orange juice at some point during the day

They shouldn’t have anything but breast milk/formula or water until over one
thank you but I’ve talked to his doctor and you just got to be careful what juice. I told them I was doing an ounce or 2 of juice and then an ounce or 2 of water. And he said it was fine and it’s the toddler apple juice so as long as I’m watering it down it won’t harm him in any way. I was just asking for advice until I talked to the doctor

I've heard not to give them any and that fresh pressed watered down juice is fine so idk.
