Advice

So I’ve got a bit of a unique situation going on but if any one has any suggestions at all I’m all ears. Basically my little boy has cut a tooth in the past 24h, is dealing with the aftermath of an allergic reaction, has an open wound on his bum (not caused by anything anyone did/didn’t do) has learnt how to crawl, pull to stand, sit himself up in the past few days and his naps have dropped from 2h to 30mins resulting in him being massively overtired and touchy all day. I’m struggling so much to deal with him at the moment and I feel so bad cause he must be in pain but I’m just finding him so overwhelming at the moment and I have no clue how to help, I’ve tried teetha teething powder and nurofen but nothing is helping extend his naps which is realistically my main goal, if i can have time to recharge then he’ll be a lot easier to manage even if he only has 1h. Does anyone have any tips to help him? x

it really has just hit me like a bus he’s 7months tomorrow and i am pretty confident that the shorter naps are being caused by all the pain/discomfort he must be in i just don’t know how to help him with the pain, my partners currently working 6 days a week because we need the extra money and there’s no one else that can watch him but his dads a god send every evening, he does pretty much all the child care and since the days have started being rough he’s been doing most the housework as well so i am getting a lot of help the days just feel so long at the moment

Leaky nappy help

What nappies are you using to stop leaks?? We use pampers ultra dry size 5, and for the past few nights he has lashed through and we’ve had to completely change him during the night. Last night he leashed through twice!! He sleeps on his front and stays leaks through at the top of his leg where the tabs connect. Didn’t know whether to size up, he has a bit of a belly on him but he’s smack in middle of weight guidance so shouldn’t need too

Am I wrong?

I’ve been wanting to add more garden beds to my garden. Husband says “hey do you want to go to Home Depot to get that wood for the garden beds.” Cool I’m excited I’ve been wanting to get this done for awhile.

We get there and we’re picking out wood and I make 2 comments about how I don’t like how 2 pieces of wood look that he picked out. And he says if you’re going to be this picky then u can do this yourself.

I literally made 2 comments and mind you I’m the one paying for the wood.

I felt dismissed and like my opinion didn’t matter and if I wanted to have an opinion then I need to do it myself. Like what?

It was rude and not okay. Am I wrong? Am I overreacting?

He thinks it was fine that he said that.

New born

Finally had my baby girl via C-section on the 18th, everything has been so far. But I’ve noticed she’s very fussy and cries a lot. I’ve been trying to exclusively breastfeed. The lactation consultant at the hospital said I did look like I’m making enough milk for her. She was latching on good at the hospital and now here at home, she doesn’t seem to want to latch at all. She’s been crying a lot and very fussy. I’m just wondering is she’s colic or like maybe she just doesn’t want the breast anymore?

6 month old autistism

My 6 month old makes no eye contact with me and doesn’t respond when I call him. Can this just be a phase or personality trait as apposed to autism
