Yes 100% ! Lots of antibodies in your milk! I would absolutely do this :) I’ve offered to put it in a cuppa for my partner in the past when he’s been ill because I’ve heard it’s great for anyone any age ! 😆☺️

I guess so but my understanding was your breast milk is designed for the baby you are currently nursing. It adapts to their needs only.

It absolutely still has benefits even after the age of 3 even if your not specifically breastfeeding them , although what said is correct...giving them some in occasionally during sick times it can help alot ,there is loads of antibodies still in breastmilk which is the main source that they need ...you don't have to give them milk but it definitely does wonders

Yes !! I did it for my kids when they were sick (7,3) were the ages of them when their baby sister was breastfed. It helped a ton’!!

Yes it come from your body… we drink cow milk all the time.

I used to put my breastmilk in my toddlers cereal 🤣

Please do. Your breastmilk will detect what he has and produce extra antibodies for it and help him feel better

Even though the breastmilk is tailored to your baby, in my antenatal class it was said that if you have breast milk and you are around someone who is ill, it will produce antibodies to protect the baby so would likely help whoever is ill too

There’s millions of live bacteria (probiotics) and immunoglobulins and antibodies in the milk so if you can, def go for it. Bodybuilders pay big money for a tiny vial of colostrum to get all the goodies that’s in the milk lol. Try adding to a smoothie or half half w milk and maybe a ts of flavoured choc or strawberry powder if he doesn’t like the flavour.

It has stem cells in it they use it to treat cancers etc, I drink it when I’m sick it’s amazing lol
