Placenta sitting forward/ on cervix

In the same position and I know quite a few people in the same.
They say that in most cases that it moves, if it doesn’t then you may need to consider c-section.

I’d say try not to worry until the next scan as lots can change by then!

I’m the same but with also a hematoma too. I’m under a consultant for other things anyways but I’m praying it moves and I can have a natural birth again xxx

I have a low-lying placenta too and I understand it's less about it moving (because it's attached to the uterus wall) and more about the uterus stretching to create a larger distance between the cervix and the placenta.

I was told I have a low lying placenta so have to go back at 32 weeks to check if it’s moved up x

I’m in the same boat! The uterus grows and in most cases the placenta moves with it x

I also have a low lying placenta and was told at my 20 week scan I need to go back at 32 weeks to see if it’s moved. I’m now 24+2 and this hasn’t been booked in yet - is this normal or should I be chasing?

I’m not sure when it’s meant to come through. They mentioned that I might need to go consultant led but I don’t know what the next steps are. It’s very confusing. On badger notes it’s categorised as over the cervix but not sure how much by. I read online 🫣 that it can cause bleeding and you can’t do certain things but not been officially told.
