Is anyone struggling at 31 weeks with pelvic girdle pain, I’m really struggling and I don’t know what else to do… please help

Same here. I was referred to a Physio. Gave me a belt for walking and weekly gym classes at the clinic , but honestly it does nothing for me. The pain is intense

Paracetamol daily. Limit driving to less than 30 min journeys & get lumbar support. Rest as much as you can as it’s inflammation of the pelvis so rest really helps it to reduce. Pillow between your legs when sleeping. Crutches if you need them to take stress of pelvis when walking. Yoga ball for pelvic exercises each night before bed. Pelvic tilts whenever you can, like when you’re washing the dishes, do some pelvic tilts. Ideally we could take ibroprufen as it’s an inflammation issue and this would massively help but sadly we can’t 😭

I had it TERRIBLE with my first, as soon as the pain started this time I booked straight in with a chiropractor, best thing I ever did. It’s not perfect by no means but the improvement has been incredible to make it easier day to day.
A good tip from last time was get a silk pillow case to sit on in the car to help twist out keeping knees together, same in bed. Hope that helps x

honestly I work 10 1/2 hour shifts everyday, 4 days a week and I work with kids just struggling xxx
